_ Repertory Dance Theatre will be presenting a delightful afternoon of story ballets that will entertain and delight all audiences. The enchanting tale, Peter and the Wolf, about the rebellious young lad playing in the meadow to the music of Prokofiev, an excerpt from the fairy tale, Steadfast Tin Soldier, by Hans Christian Andersen danced to the music of Bizet, about a tin soldier’s love for a paper ballerina and Act 2 from the ballet Swan Lake, which tells the story of Odette, a princess turned into a swan by an evil sorcerer’s curse, danced to the music of Tchaikovsky. A special story time and dance workshop begins at 12:45 pm for children ages 4-8, ($5 child admission to story time/dance workshop; must be purchased separately by calling 610-965-6216).
