Pottstown Hometown Holiday Schedule Of Events For 2015
More Than 500 Attend Reading Historic District Christmas Tour
From the traditional to the contemporary and everything in between, holiday decor was on full display throughout Reading’s Centre Park Historic District on Sunday.
By late afternoon, more than 500 tickets had been sold for the 28th Annual Christmas House Tour and Champagne Brunch, which celebrated the historic district’s 30th anniversary.
“We were a little concerned with the weather,” said Beth Ireland, vice president for the historic district’s board of directors. “But I’ve heard a lot of people who have done these tours say this is the best one they’ve been on yet.”
Collegeville Holiday House Tour Slated For December 15th
COLLEGEVILLE – The nonprofit Collegeville Economic Development Corporation is hosting Collegeville’s First Holiday House Tour on Saturday, Dec. 15, from noon to 4 p.m. Eight of Collegeville’s most beautiful homes will open their doors.
At 4 p.m., the House Tour Reception begins at the Appalachian Brewing Company in Collegeville Station. There will be appetizers, hot cider or mulled wine, a holiday bazaar and a silent auction.

The Historic Pottstown House Tour scheduled for December 11th has been cancelled due to conflicting events.
Historic Pottstown Annual Holiday House Tour 2010
The Historic Pottstown Neighborhood Association is proud to sponsor its annual holiday house tour, Historic Pottstown by Candlelight on Sunday, December 12, 2010. This event showcases some of Pottstown’s most treasured architectural wonders both on the outside of these properties as well as their interiors. Come and enjoy our tour to see what Pottstown has saved from the past and kept for the future.
$12.00 Ticket includes:
Victorian Tea presented by the Doe Club at the Pottstown Elks from 12noon-2pm.
All homes and buildings on the tour are open from 1pm-6pm.
Model train display.
Free trolley transportation for all ticket holders.
Free refreshments to ticket holders.
