Victim In Wilkes-Barre Shooting Dies

WILKES-BARRE, PA — An autopsy is scheduled today for a man who suffered a gunshot wound to his head as investigators continue to search for a person of interest in the case.

Luzerne County Acting Coroner William Lisman said Christopher Narainasama, age unknown, died at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Plains Township on Saturday.  He was pronounced dead at 2:09 p.m.

The autopsy is scheduled to take place at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.

Another man whose name was not released suffered a gunshot wound to his hip.  He was treated and released from Geisinger Wyoming Valley on Friday.
