Punxsutawney Phil Fails To See Shadow; Predicts Early Spring

PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. (AP) — It’s Groundhog Day and Punxsutawney (puhnk-suh-TAW’-nee) Phil has made his prediction.  He says expect an early spring.
