Charlie Sheen Gets New Sitcom

Just when you thought we had heard the last of Charlie Sheen for a while, he pops back up again.  Charlie just got signed to the FX Network for a new show called Anger Management (based on the Jack Nicholson movie).  Charlie will play the role of a therapist who has his own issues (who says art doesn’t imitate life?)

Sheen has the green light for 10 episodes.  The new show will most likely air in a block with reruns ofTwo And A Half Men.  (Talk about falling in a pile of @#*$ and coming out smelling like a rose!)

  1. Know what’s even funnier, apparently FOX is looking at raising their rates to be carried (according to my Directv – 4%, so it might be suspended come Nov. 1st to those who have service with this satellite carrier if they can’t reach a ‘settlement’). Maybe the proposed rate hike has something to do with picking up Sheen? Or is it just plain greed by Murdoch & crew?

Inquiring minds want to know what’s up with that?!?

  2. My bad I meant 40%…I’ll let you know if the stations are “suspended” tomorrow…no more ‘FX has the movies’ for me if they do!
