Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow this morning when he popped out of his hole.  Nothing like waking up to 10-15 thousand people and television cameras, haha.

Crowds were down in Punxsutawney, PA this year because of a winter weather warning, which ended up not happening.

Three cheers for an early spring!!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. Thank you Punxy Phil!!I guess I would have to wait until next year to let my cats have you for lunch!I’ll let you live this year!
Honestly,Punxsutawney is a nice little town.Once in a while,I’ll drive through it during my travels to St.Marys.There’s a place at the bottom of the hill coming into town on Route 219 called Punxy Phil’s Cakes n Steaks.Cool name, haven’t had a chance to eat there yet.Statues of groundhogs along Main Street.Pretty cool town.I live in Pittsburgh, and it’s nice to see small town America in Central Pennsylvania.
