Alpine, NJ 07620 – American’s Most Expensive Zip Code

OH REALLY???? WTF???

Okay, now that I have that out of my system, let’s review.

According to Forbes Magazine, the most expensive zip code in the USA is 07620.  Not 90210!  What’s wrong with this picture?  If you look up Apline, NJ on the internet, you will find it located on the Hudson River, directly across from lovely Yonkers, NJ and a few miles north of Rosanna Rosanna Danna’s favorite viewer, Emily Latella of Ft. Lee, NJ.

Hey, Alpine, NJ may be expensive but if I were going to plunk down millions for real estate, North Jersey would not win out over Beverly Hills, CA.  To quote Simon Cowell “sorry”.

Just one of those interesting things that makes you go “hmmmm”.
